Returning renters from the prior season have until February 3rd to confirm their booking (same cottage/same week). Available rentals open up to new renters on February 10th.

Our weekly rentals are Saturday-Saturday from the end of May to early October. Nightly rentals are available in early May and at the end of October.

Booking process:

  • You will receive a lease and invoice via email once you have confirmed your reservation with The Nest at HNB via phone or email

  • We accept online payments with a credit card or bank transfer, or you may mail a check to the address listed on your lease

  • Your deposit (50% of the rental rate) will be due within 10 days of confirming to hold your cottage - payment plans available upon request

  • The balance plus 15% CT occupancy tax will be due 30-days before your check-in day

  • We do not charge extra fees! No damage deposit, cleaning fee, pet fee or parking fee

  • Renters will be billed for damages to property, and billed for cottages left unreasonably dirty. Check-out instructions are inside each cottage, please follow our simple requests to avoid charges

  • Cancellation policy: If cancelation is made more than 30-days before your rental, your deposit will be returned if the vacancy can be filled

  • The responsible party signing the lease must be at least 25 years of age, and present for the terms of the lease
