A once yellow cottage, G-11 now boasts its original cedar shingles which will turn silver over time. This cozy cottage has updated furniture and sits at the end of our “G-Street” block. A lush yard wraps around the cottage which is a short stroll to the beach.

  • 2 queen beds downstairs & 4 twin beds upstairs

  • 1 full bathroom

  • Full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker

  • Electric baseboard heating

  • Comes with 3 parking passes and parking spots on the side of the cottage only for G-11 tenants

  • Outdoor shower with hot water

  • Wi-Fi and Smart TV
