Waterfront Cottage

This cottage is one of our only “winterized” cottages, which means it is fully insulated and comfortable year-round. It is quieter than most due to the insulation and has heat for cooler weather. Directly across from Garvin’s store and set back from the high-tide mark, this cottage is in a great location! You have a large beachfront area and a lush yard on the other side.
